When you click on the Buy Now button to make your payment, you'll be taken to the payment page. It will look like this.
You'll see an empty form with the heading "Pay Fast with PayPal." If you want to pay using your PayPal account enter your info here.
Below that you'll see photos of different credit cards and the heading "Don't have a PayPal account?"
Click on the area with the credit card pictures if you would like to proceed using your credit card or bank debit card.
VERY IMPORTANT: How to Receive Your Download
After you have entered your information and made payment, you'll be sent to a "Thank you for your payment" page.(See the screenshot below.)
You'll see an option to print out a printable receipt for your purchase. You might want to do this and keep a copy for your records. But you will also be emailed a receipt separately, so you don't have to do this here.

At the payment screen, down in the lower left hand corner, you will see a small blue link that says:
"RETURN TO MERCHANT."
See where I've circled it below. Take a look. It's the area circled in red with all the arrows.
To be taken to the download page where you can instantly download your eBook, you have to click on "RETURN TO MERCHANT."
When you click on RETURN TO MERCHANT, you'll be immediately taken to a special download page I've prepared for you where you can download your book.
Just download it, and you'll have my eBook in your hot little hands!
If You Run Into Problems, Contact Our Customer Service
Now, it's possible that you'll forget to click on the "Return to Merchant" link, so you won't be sent to the book download page.
Don't worry! It happens!

Send an email saying that you didn't get your download, and please provide your PayPal receipt number that you received when you purchased your product. (This receipt number was on your printable receipt, and it was also sent to you in a confirmation email.)
Make sure that you whitelist our email address and put it in your contacts folder to avoid having our email caught by your spam filter. And just in case, it's a good idea to check your trash bin or junk folder in case our response gets buried there.
You will hear from customer service soon, but our offices are NOT open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. So you will hear from us shortly, at the very latest within 24 - 48 hours. (Usually we can get back to you a lot sooner.) And from there we will make sure you receive the download link again.
Whew! That was a lot of info, I know! The important part is to click on the "RETURN TO MERCHANT" link after you have made payment so you can download your eBook right away.
