Affirmations to Heal Dyslexia and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)
In this hectic world, many folks are having troubles concentrating. They find that they have short attention spans or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD.) Or they have troubles with comprehension, finding it hard to enjoy books or other written material. This happens with the brain disorder known as dyslexia.
Here are some affirmations to help you experience greater clarity and to heal dyslexia and attention deficit problems.
Affirmations to Heal Dyslexia:
"I am intelligent and wise. I am connected with the source of all wisdom."
Dyslexics are often incredibly smart but are made to feel that they aren't smart as people criticize them or make fun of them.
Variation:
"I am connected to wisdom at all times."
Many dyslexics also have troubles with reading comprehension and understanding verbal instructions. This is because a dyslexic processes information differently in their brain - they're wired differently.
Affirmations to Increase Comprehension and Mental Clarity:
"I understand everything. I know what I need to do."
"I am centered and calm. Information flows to me."
Try the above affirmations if you suffer from occasional mental "fog." They can help you feel sharper and give you a much-needed edge if you're feeling tired.
Affirmations to Heal Attention Deficit Disorder:
For Attention Deficit Disorder, information is usually flooding into a person's brain so rapidly that they can't parse (or separate out) individual pieces of information.
Here are some good affirmations to heal attention deficit problems:
"My focus is clear. My attention flows to one thing at a time."
"I focus on this task only. This task is easy."
"I take joy in doing one thing at a time."
And here are some simple ones:
"Clarity."
"Focus."
"Slow down."
Feel free to adapt these and "tweak" them! They really do work.
