It is important to send mail to both addresses at once because sometimes our emails haven't been getting through and we want to respond to you as quickly as possible.

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for a response. Usually, we'll get back to you a lot sooner, but sometimes the office is closed.  All book orders are processed through our automated system, but if something goes wrong, a real "human" has to check and see what went wrong.  So please bear with us as we troubleshoot for you.

Very important:  Make sure that customerserviceX@lipstickmystic.com and shepherdjenX@comcast.net (remove the x's first) are whitelisted and put in your contacts folder or else your spam blocker might block the mail we send to you.

If you haven't received a response in 48 hours, make sure that our response isn't sitting in your junk mail folder. If you haven't heard from us, please contact us again at our backup email address:

To share your affirmations story or question, send it to Matt and he'll pass it along to Editor-in-Chief Jennifer Shepherd.  Due to the amount of emails received from her website network, Jennifer can't respond to each email personally. But she will read your material within a few weeks and might respond to your info in a future article posted here.

None of your personal info or contact info will ever appear on this site, but we reserve the right to republish your question or comment along with our editors' response.

So remember to check back at the site for new articles after you submit your email, because you might find a new article that addresses your question.
